■Applicable scope
AN-JKC series capacitance contactor is exclusively used in compensation capacitor equipment which is AC 50Hz or (60Hz), rated working voltage 400V and rated control compensation capacitor equipment of capacitor capacity to 65Kavr, it's for distribution loop to input and switchover of compensating capacitor for improve power factor. And also effectively can reduce inrush current of capacitor dynamic engine and reduce operating overvoltage.
■Working environment and installation conditions
- Ambient air temperature range is -5℃~ +40℃. And the average temperature of 24 hours is no more than 35℃.
- Altitude height: not more than 2000nn.
- Atmospheric conditions: the relative humidity of atmosphere is no more than 50% when it in 40℃; there can have higher relative humidity, and the average minimum temperature of the wet month is no more than +25"0 at the lower temperatures, The average relative humidity of the month is not more than 90%, and it should consider that the products on frost occurred due to temperature change.
- Pollution level: grade 3
- Install inside: III
- Installation condition: Install ground and vertical tilt is not greater than ± 5 degrees.
- Service conditions: products should be installed and used in place where there is no shake, shock and vibration.
■Technical parameters
- The main technical parameters of the capacitor are shown in Table 1.
- Capacitor contactor coil working voltage Us for AC is 36V, 110V, 220V, 380V .
- Action characteristic: Pull-in voltage is 85%-110%Us, release voltage is 20-75%Us .
- When capacitor contactor specifications is 25A, 32A, 40A, there are have a pair of normally open and normally closed auxiliary contacts; and when the specifications is 50A, 63A, 80A, 95A, there are have a pair of normally open and normally closed contacts.
■Architectural feature
·The capacitor contactor has the advantages of small size, lightweight, small power consumption, safety and reliability.
·The main contact part has been specially designed and processed, which can be reliably switched capacitor circuit and inrush current.
·Capacitor contactor no use auxiliary contacts and matching current limiting resistor and omitting the connecting cords, convenient connection that easy to connect and reliable to use.
·To adopt the cordwood system install and auxiliary contactor block.
·In addition to installation of available screws, the capacitor contactor can also be used for installation of standard rail in 35mm or 75mm.
